When you use our contact form we collect the details you provide — your name, email and a short note about what you need. We also record basic technical information (the page you submitted from and a hashed version of your IP address) to prevent spam. We do not store your raw IP address.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and set up a consultation. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.
Who processes it
Submissions are stored with our hosting and database providers and may be mirrored into our internal tools for follow-up. These providers process the data on our behalf under their own security terms.
Keeping and removing your data
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — just email hello@one58.in.
