Privacy policy
A plain-language summary of how we handle your information. This is a starting point, please have it reviewed before you rely on it.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the details you provide, your name, email, phone number and a short note about what you need. We also record basic technical information (the page you submitted from and a hashed version of your IP address) to prevent spam. We do not store your raw IP address.
Analytics and cookies
To understand how the site is used we run Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), loaded through Google Tag Manager. They set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* (Google) and _clck, _clsk and MUID (Microsoft) to recognise repeat visits, and Clarity records anonymised sessions (clicks, scrolling) to show us where the site is confusing. Anything you type into the contact form is masked in those recordings. Vercel Analytics, our hosting provider’s cookieless measurement, also runs. We use this data only in aggregate, to improve the site, and we don’t use it for advertising. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser opt-out add-on, and you can ask us to remove your data at any time using the email below.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and set up a consultation. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.
Who processes it
Submissions are stored with our hosting and database providers and may be mirrored into our internal tools for follow-up. These providers process the data on our behalf under their own security terms.
Keeping and removing your data
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, just email hello@one58.in.
